摘要填空题一般会出现在雅思阅读的第一题，是针对一小段文字中的几个空格填空。此类题型主要是对整篇原文或是原文中几个段落的主要内容进行改写或者概括。
然而摘要填空题可以分为无备选项摘要填空和有备选项摘要填空。

Above all，看到红字 ，注意字数限制，根据题干是否明确快速定位到问题的起始位置(Eg, Complete the summary of paragraph G below)。Next，根据所给予摘要的首句回到原文定位起始位置，并且通读整段摘要，找出重要的连接词、找出空格前后的关键词、分析空格内所填词的词性。Moreover，回到原文，运用略读技巧找出关键词在原文的位置以及解读关键词所在的句子或者关键词前后的句子。Last but not least，根据语法常识确定答案。
有备选项摘要填空在雅思阅读中出现频率是相当高的，各位烤鸭在解答这类题型时，需要注意以下几点：
- 虽然有备选项的出题顺序一般会按照其在原文中涉及内容的出现顺序，但有时候也会出现乱序的情况。
- 如果备选项是以单词表形式出现，且列表中的单词数量多于空格数量，那么这些单词都是经过仔细筛选的，但是只有一个单词是最佳答案，其他均为迷惑项。
- 需要注意题目中有没有NB，NB即拉丁文词组Nota bene表示”Note well”，需要注意的是，如果题目中有NB即表示有某一个选项
- 会用到两次，这会让烤鸭们非常头痛，但必须攻克。
- 还是要解析选项词性，回归原文，定位位置，通读略读相结合。
