In the
recent year, the housing price is increasing rapidly. The country and
the government have introduced policies in order to deal with these
problems. And some people including a few specialists, hold a view that
the increasing of housing price should be kept with limits.
近几年，全国大部分城市房价上涨较快，为此国家出台了一系列宏观调控政策。不少人包括一些专家认为，房价上涨应该会受到遏制。
In people’s
point of view, the housing problems are always the important thing to
care. Nowadays, it is difficult and expensive to buy or rent a house and
the housing prices are always increasing. The people who buy or rent
houses are all common people and these would be a more-and-more serious
problems.
在百姓的眼中，住房问题始终是头等大事，住房难，住房贵，房价只涨不降，都是百姓买房，住房中的严重问题。
Only in a
way of being awake of real estate, implementing policies through
governments at all levels under the suitable policies of the centre can
we change the structure of housing provision and improve the institution
of housing security. We have to fulfill the needs from the common
people at all levels in order to focus on the common people and the
livelihood.
只有在对房地产业有清醒认识的基础上，在中央合理的政策下，通过各级政府积极落实调控政策，改善住房供给结构，完善住房保障制度，做到以百姓为主，以民生为主，房价的过快上涨一定会得到遏制，广大群众各种层次的住房需求一定会逐步得到满足。
